General
1. All shared and processed information abides with Republic Act 10173 also known as Data Privacy Act of 2012.
2. All flaws disclosed by seller upon claiming will be sent. However, some sellers do not declare flaws therefore upon PH arrival, I will also send photos of the item for full transparency. Please claim at your own risk.

Payment
1. Pay on Time. Once I have sent an order confirmation through DMs, the item is secured unless already sold or such instances. A 30 pesos per day will be added to your total as late payment fee and 50% of your total as the cancellation fee. I have the right to post bogus/joy reservers.
2. Always verify the amount to be sent as downpayments required (in some instances) and/or excess payments are non-refundable.
3. For onhand items, payo/3 days reservation (extensions are possible, if and only I allowed).
4. Non-completion of payment, No shipment.

Item
5. Pasalo slots are allowed provided that the original taker shall instruct the proceeding to send me a dm to avoid confusions. For sets, tingi is allowed and I can ship to different addresses, but I will only transact to one person.
6. I will not be held liable for any losses and damages that shall be incurred once I have shipped out the item/s. NO rush shipping.
7. Refunds are only issued (1) I am at fault - considerations are met, (2) items are sold from seller, (3) I sent the wrong items whereas a return or refund shall be performed - unboxing video required from untampered packaging. No issuance of refunds due to lost in transit from kr seller or a scammer (rest assured, I have always been cautious in transacting.)
8. Delays are inevitable. ETA means Estimated not Exact. All updates will be reflected in the masterlist and you can always send me a dm on Twitter.

WHEREAS, items will be up for disposal, owner loses right to claim.
unclaimed. maximum of 3 months from the time buyer has received the shipping form, no dm sent.
unpaid balance. maximum of 2 months from the set DOP (isf and/or item), no dm sent.

Bunjang and Yangdo Lapags Process

1. CLAIMS. I usually make random lapags using my tag or just an interest check. All lapags are claiming tweets already unless otherwise stated. deleted = not pushed through.
2. PAHANAP. Send the item photo and name through dm. I'll look for it and quote as all in (inclusive of isf & other fees to be incurred in kr) once found. I don't have any pahanap fees. Once you give me a go signal for me to secure, no cancellations. I can only request a photo with my name, but rest assured I'll try my best to ask the seller.
3. PRICES and PAYMENT. I always state and inform if the price is already all in or in kr won decimal (non-all in). PAYO unless stated.
4. FEES. For non-all in claims, international shipping fee is to follow ranging from 5-30 per card. Computation: decimal x 480 + 50 isf tba unless stated (subject for changes)
5. ETA. All lapags are shipped through FETA (1-2 weeks after shipout in kr, NOT from the date of claiming) unless otherwise stated.
6. ARRIVAL ON PH ADD. I always post photos and send videos for flawed items' condition and afterwards, shall proceed to shipment.
